Visited Dec 8 to 15 and had an excellent time. Hotel is well laid out,clean and the staff friendly and helpful. All the restaurants were good and there was enough variety to keep dinner time interesting and enjoyable. This place is fabulous- everything was terrific. We loved it. the terrible reviews were completely shocking . The staff was lovely, couldn't have worked harder or been nicer- from front desk to restaurants to waitstaff. The people were so wonderful. The common areas are beyond amazing-, marble floors and soaring 40 foot wooden ceilings. The beach is clean and beautiful.... more

Expectations Exceeded We just returned from a 7 night stay at Casa de Campo during Christmas week.
