Everything was nice overall. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good with plenty of seating. The room was clean and comfortable and had just enough space for a rollaway bed. Clearly not deserving of a rating behind several chain restaurants, breakfast cafes and coffee shops, but Springfield's TripAdvisor is more of a guide than a strict rating system.
