How can you not like a place that is purely itself and has not folded into commercialization? Don't let this guy fool you. the bar was great and it was an excellent place to meet people while in gustavia. if you are up for some dancing and fun stop by le select for a good time. It is also one of the chepaer places on the islands to get drinks. more

This place has skidded along on it's reputation for years. Once it got the Buffett connection, it relied on reputation and eager yuppies dying to reminisce about their college drinking days. A small bar & outside grill. The name : “Le Select” will certainly fool everyone. It is a hole-in-the-wall kind of bar that is located on a small street corner. It has an outdoor patio area with cheap plastic chairs and a couple old picnic tables. Inside the bar it is very run down, very old, and everything is dusty.... more
