In May of 2007 we tried Cayman Kayaks mangrove swamp tour. The trips leave from the Kaibo on the east side of the north sound, so leave yourself time to drive there. We were in Grand Cayman in March 2007 and enjoyed a sunset kayak trip with Cayman Kayaks, http://www.caymankayaks.com/index.htm. It is in the Rum Point area,departing from the parking lot by Keibo Yacht Club. It takes an hour and a half or so and was easy enough for our parents to go (who had never kayaked before).
