We are relatively new divers (all freshwater) until our dives with Jim. He helped us fine tune our weights and buoyancy and gave us some great tips to get us started with our new camera gear. This is the dive operation to use if you want personal attention and to see and learn about the phenomenal undersea life of Grand... more

Only great things to say about Jim Soda and Seasports diving!! My husband and I and 2 teenage sons did a 2 tank dive with him at Christmas and we couldn't be happier. I was doing my 1st open water dive for certification and Jim and his assistant, Wade, made me feel comfortable and safe. A very professional group. Safety... more

Jim Soda and his staff were very professional and extremely knowledgable about the Cayman dive sites. I have three sons who were diving with me, and at all times Jim and his staff made us feel comfortable, safe and exhilirated. Their professionalism and regard for safety, along with their congenial dispositions (not to mention their wonderful resturant recommendations) will bring... more

My wife and I first dove together in Grand Cayman in January of 1990. We then did most of our diving in Cozumel, until children and a mortgage came along. After a thirteen year hiatus from diving, we recently chose to go back to Grand Cayman to renew our love of the sea. We had heard about Seasports from a... more

Recently returned from a week in Grand Cayman where I had the good fortune to meet Jim from Seasports - when I stopped to ask for directions to a local restaurant! Found out he ran Seasports & called him the next day to arrange some dives; had some of the most memorable experiences of my life. I've always had problems... more

Coming from a Diving family, we settled on Cayman Island as our yearly holiday destination, as it's one of the ten best dive sites in the world and you can't beat that pristine seven-mile beach. We've tried lots of the various dive operators in our three decades on the island, but Seasports is our ultimate and unbeatable choice. Jim Soda... more

I was due to dive my 'checkouts' with seasports after completing my OpenWater1 course on the mainland (Harry's in Metairie, LA) and brought with me both anxiety and excitement...it had been 2+ months since I had been on a tank and was nervous about the certification dives. Both Jim and Wade (my instructor & buddy!) were so able to put... more

As an experienced diver, diving with Seasports was excellent. They recommended divesites that suited my experience level, and the service at all stages was of a very high standard more

Seasports ROCKS! A conscientious owner-operator, great dive instructor for our newer and resort divers, much appreciated hot tea after a dive. And the diving is world class. Capt Jim runs a great operation. Small number of divers, so many beautiful spots within 5 minutes of many 7 mile beach accomodations. We can't wait to come back and see you again! more

I have been diving in Grand Cayman for many years. In the beginning with the legendary Bob Soto´s wich was the best operator on the island. After he retired we dove with Reef Divers after having tried out a couple others. In November we couldn´t find them on the island but accidently ran into a guy named Jim Soda and... more
