We (myself, husband and 7-year old daughter) stayed at the Keio for 6 nights. We had a standard room on the 12th floor of the South Tower (on a good day you get a nice view of mount fuji). We chose the hotel because of it's central location, the free shuttle it has to Disney and the fact we could... more

The Keio Plaza is a rather big hotel with lots of restaurant and even shopping facilities. Its surely a nice property however the age is certainly showing its traces. The room (stayed at a Plaza Premier King) is nice and so is the view. The bed is very comfy but the carpet floor is rather worn out. The bathroom however... more

We booked online before we left the US, the rate was great so we booked a plaza premiere room and were not disappointed. It was modern, super clean, free internet, great toiletries, night-shirts, yukatas, automatic window shades, quiet and a great view. The pool was closed for renovations, but that was ok. It was the perfect room to stay in... more

We stayed at this hotel, from Dec 19 to Dec 21, then we come back again on Dec 23, and stayed in this hotel for one more night on the 33rd floor . We found out that, there is no air-conditioning in this hotel. We could not have slept and We complained at 00:30. It was very hot inside the... more

I was at the older building for a business trip about eight years ago. The room was older but the service was good. Now we are on a family vacation and got settled into the newer building (main tower, 31st floor). I must say that the rooms are very nice and we have an excellent view of Shinjuku. The room... more

We just came back from a memorable trip to Japan and the whole experience could have been perfect if this hotel turned out to be as expected. However, we were really disappointed the moment we stepped into the room assigned to us. Considering that we have paid A$339/night I wasn't expecting an old room with an outdated decor especially after... more

We booked this hotel (king, main deluxe) through Expedia because it was lower than the hotel website. No breakfast included. It was a nice find. We were in the Main building. Room décor could have been a little cleaner like bed sham and rug. However, location was perfect for getting around. We arrived in Shinjuku station via the Odakyu Romance... more

The first two nights of our premier visit to Japan were spent at the Keio Plaza. Everything about the Hotel was excellent. The rooms were immaculate & fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable & the walls were solid and thick, so we heard no sounds from any of the adjoining guest rooms. The bathroom was fine, as was the high-tech... more

Keio Plaza was incredible. My husband and I stayed there for 3 nites 2 weeks ago and we have nothing but good things to say. We booked this hotel through an agent and because it was a packaged deal with our flights, she booked us a standard room which was a superior room with a queen size bed. Because it... more

We stayed for 6 nights in the Keio Plaza and thought it was a fantastic hotel. It was very easy to find for a pair of first timers in Tokyo, you find the West Exit from Shinjuku station and there's a pedestrian underpass which emerges right in front of the hotel door. The hotel is only a few hundred metres... more
