Having just spent a few days in Thailand, arriving in Tokyo was mind boggling madness but we found escape in the Park Hyatt. Without a doubt one of the best hotels in the world. The attention to detail and intimate nature of the staff made our stay monumental if only for a couple of nights. Opt for a suite as... more

Wow - after doing three weeks of 'real Japan', my wife and I allowed ourselves some luxury and stayed for our final night in the renowned Park Hyatt. Bearing in mind that we don't do uber-posh at the best of times, this review is based on your 'average' holiday maker... Even though it is a prominant landmark, the access to... more

As many reviewers and guests of this hotel, I too was not only attracted to due to my love for Hyatt properties but also my love of Bill Murray and the movie Lost in Translation. This hotel met, no exceeded, my expecations. Opted for the Hyatt car service from Narita (ala opening scene) and the professionalism of the driver and... more

This is the kind of place you hope all of your friends can visit at least one time in their lives. It's a phenomenal hotel with breathtaking views and the best service you can imagine (frankly probably better than you imagine). The rooms are spacious (in a place where space is very scarce), with a great modern, clean Japanese style.... more

Stayed here for a weekend in October. I had previously stayed here almost 10 years ago, and it really wowed me at the time. This time, I wondered if the Lost in Translation effect would have spoilt it, or if it would feel dated, but actually I think no to both. You could tell there were quite a few people... more

We stayed in a corner view room for two nights, and thought there were pluses and minuses with the Park Hyatt. First the pluses, the room was beautiful and very large. We had truly spectacular views from all the windows, including the one from the bath! The location and height of the hotel (it's only on the floors above 41... more

I stayed in this hotel in September and had the most wonderful experience. Having stayed in Chicago W, Toronto Four Seasons, Cancun Le Blanc, as well as other upscale hotels, can honestly say that this hotel takes the cake. Everything about the stay was impeccable: service, ambiance, quality and presentation of food, etc. It was hard to leave hotel at... more

Yes it costs but you certainly get your moneys worth. Faultless service, elegant and spacious rooms and a hotel gym with surely one of the best views in the world. How will I ever stay in another hotel now that I have been totally spoiled? more
