I was provided with a single room at above 20 floors. Though the room is small but not Claustrophobic. Room has all basics. TV Channels are very limited especially for the foreign tourists. This is the worst hotel in Shinjuku. Unless you have no other alternative, this hotel is to be avoided. No matter what the price, it is too much.
