I stayed in this hotel in late october 2006. It is an above average business hotel with lots of budget minded tourists staying there. Nice clean room, on small side but average for Japan. Booked single room in the Annex on rakuten for under 7000. Business hotel room with modular bathroom. Translucent window that cannot be opened in room. Fully individual climate control. Location is far from Shinjuku station, but 2 blocks from the underground walkway system. 2AM curfew. One of the best priced business hotel in the neighbourhood. more
