We didn't stay here as our travel agent had to move us to another hotel in Laguardia but decided to eat here. The dinner was a strange experience. The waiter was extremely depressed and huffed and puffed his way around the dining room. He was also quite hostile in response to our questions. We spent part of our honeymoon here and absolutely loved it. Its not a resort by any means, its in a 16th century village that does not let cars inside the city walls. Worst hotel experience in years. Room cramped, uncomfortable, air conditioning didn't work, lots of flies. Way overpriced. Management's behavior quickly degenerated from commercially aggressive at the start (guest viewed as revenue generator, high pressure to buy extra goods and services, room overflowing with ads, etc.) to just plain aggressive. Shocking unprofessionalism. Avoid! more
