After visiting the high-rise hotels in Palm/Eagle beach, I felt that the Renaissance Marina was in a perfect location in Oranjestad. When we checked in, it was nice that the front desk took their time to explain to us in detail the additional amenities the hotel offered. They gave us a breakdown of if we wanted to make out trip... more

Stayed at the Renaissance Ocean Suites from December 13-19th and thoroughly enjoyed it. The private beach was lovely and the boat ride there was quick and effortless. We did rent a jeep and so traveled to other beaches on the island to sample them ,and enjoyed this also. Renaissance personnel were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff was always respectful/quiet... more

This was the first time my wife or I had been to Aruba and it was heaven. We stayed at the Marriott and everything was perfect, the room, the service, the beach, and the pool. The people of Aruba were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful especially Brian, the bartender at the Marriott pool bar. We... more

With all of the numerous hotel and resorts available in the area, we had a difficult time selecting which one we wanted to stay in. We had heard good things about several others, but decided to take a gamble and selected the Renaissance based on their overall facilities and closeness to the airport. The facilities were wonderful and were quite... more

Went to Aruba on a friend's recommendation, as they have a time share at the Ocean Suites. We had a horrible start at this hotel, but the General Manager helped turn it around. Weather, great. Yes it rained daily but only for a few hours and we had our peaceful time at the beach already (take water shoes as the... more

We stayed at the Renaissance Marina from Nov 29 thru Dec 4. I have to say that I was a little worried about it, given some of the bad reviews, but it was 100% wonderful. I never write reviews, but feel the need to communicate my experience based on the not so great things I heard. All of the hotel... more

We stayed the last week in October. The weather was phenomenal. In fact, we had 2 days where there were virtually no clouds or rain. Ate at a couple of new restaurants that we would HIGHLY recommend: Rumba's in Oranjestad - new management and phenomenal food and waitstaff. They pour a great drink too. Screaming Eagles - over in the... more

We went to Aruba Renaissance Marina for our Honey Moon and we were very happy with our choice: Aruba is perfect! Sunny all the time, with warm and clear water and beautiful beaches. Regarding the Hotel, the location is good but it is far from Palm Beach, where you´ll find most of the restaurants, malls and nightlife. Both Renaissance´s hotels... more

We extended this years stay for 10 days, still went by way too fast. Same great service as always! Blue bar staff is the best! It is so great that they remember you when you come back. The staff is what can make your vacation & they treated us so great we really got to relax! They did not have... more

First off our travel agent was the one who got us started off on the wrong foot. She sent a brochure with a beautiful beach and that is the Renaissance Beach Resort located across the street. I almost cried when i walked up to this place. When you pulled up the whole thing was under construction. It was gross. I... more
