We have just returned from Aruba - Wow! The Tamarijn Divi resort is fantastic - the food was great (that is saying something considering the fact that my boyfriend is a vegetarian who eats seafood but not dairy!) We never heard of any tummy bugs or sickness whilst being there and the water is safe to drink - their cold... more

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Tamarijn Aruba. The staff I encounted were nice & very helpful. Many of the reviews I read prior to our trip mentioned booking dinner reservations two days in advance. Fortunately, we didn't experience any problems making reservations to the restaurants--actually I was able to book dinner at the Red Parrot on the same... more

Ok, let me start by saying that being right on the beach was Amazing!!! We were originally given a room in the 1300 block right next to the Pizza Bar. To noisy, crowded and there were huge rocks blocking access into the water. We called the front desk and they changed us to room 2303, within a few minutes we... more

Just come back from 2 weeks at the Tamarijn, these are my comments both good and bad. Family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Fight out – holiday booked with First choice, and took the option to pay for upgraded seats both ways, was it worth the extra £900? Probably just about, there was a separate checkin desk on... more

What a fabulous time we had in Aruba the week of 8/23-8/30/08. Our trip started with a perfect Jet blue nonstop flight into Aruba. We took a taxi to the resort which cost us $26.00 USD- weekend fee. During the weekday you would pay $20 USD. The resort is about 15 minutes away. Checking-in was a bit slow, only one... more

I knew we were in trouble. Me being the ,not so accepting type of guy i... more
