First lets start with checking in, we called ahead and asked if we could check in an hour earlier than the normal check in time, they said no problem. When we got there it was a bigggg problem. It took us over 40 minutes to check us in and we had to wait once we did our paperwork. The moist... more

Overall we loved our stay at the Radisson in Aruba. It is one of the best hotels on the island and is in the quiet hotel area, with the best section of beach. Our only initial problem was when we first got there which was solved pretty quickly. We booked a room with a sea view, and we had a... more

Spent a week at the Radisson Aruba November 5-12, 2008. Check in was fast. Clerk had a nice sense of humor...telling me he did not see our reservation. Ha ha mister, nice try. We were given a nice zippered canvas beach bag which we used every day of our vacation (even though I had packed one from home...this new one... more

This was my second trip to Aruba since 1989. We selected the Radisson strictly for the price of the room, which was $210.00 per night. This property proudly displays a AAA 4 diamond Award 2008. I would like to know if the AAA critic was drunk during his/her stay at this property. The Radisson Hotel Aruba operates at standards less... more

Needless to say, it's a wonderful building, excellent views, gardens and facilities but the service it's not good. We went there on our Honey Moon and we were expecting a service accordingly but for the hotel staff it's not relevant. First of all, they gave us a room just a step from the path to the restaurant, first floor ...... more

This was our fouth trip to Aruba but our first stay at a non all inclusive resort. Highlights of our stay include the beach and pool areas which were relaxing and beautiful. There was never any problem getting a Palapa but we were there in the low season. Their system of having people line up to reserve a Palapa the... more

Radisson resort is a very well run tropoical resort. Front desk was very friendly. No issues checking in and even upgraded our room. Resort grounds are lush and beautiful. Plenty of wildlife with the little iguanas everywhere and the dozen or so parrots thorughout the resort. Beach is nice, but very busy. Location is perfect as we were able to... more

Let me start by saying that my wife and I loved Aruba. We stayed for a week and just got home on the 13th. The atmosphere there is very relaxed, and for such a small island there is plenty to do. One of the downsides to Aruba is that everything is very expensive ($3 sodas, $5 beers, etc.), however this... more

We stayed at the Radisson from September 16th-25th. This was our third trip to Aruba and our third stay at the Radisson. When we arrived we checked in and were told our room was not ready but to check back in 45 minutes. This was not a problem because we knew that we were early and we had packed our... more
