Here at the moment (19/06/08) - came on a last minute cheapy with first choice - so for what we paid its not bad. They are remodelling several rooms on a rolling basis - so as a package deal traveller you will be put in an old room with grotty carpet etc. We got ourselves moved after the first night... more

Usually I have no problems with Brickell Bay, but this time they put me in an AWFUL FILTHY room. Peeling paint, dirty bathroom, etc. (see pics). Brickell Bay is really a crapshoot as far as the quality of the room. more

Don't trust what is saying intheir website. only very few rooms have been renovated and donot expect to get its until...you complain about the disgusting rooms, rotten smell, moistures they first propose you.
