by "All Inclusive" they mean a fold up table with a the cheapest bottles of vodka, tequila and rum they can find with a cooler of OJ, cranberry, diet coke and watery daiquiri mix. La Palapa was definately a two star hotel and when i booked it was a three star but we won't get into that.
