I just returned on January 11 from the Playa Suites, I will admit the rooms are very spacious and kept reasonably clean.(smelled musty) However, as far as service, this hotel needs great improvement. The room was nice, had a sink 2 beds and a pullout couch. balcony overlooking the pool and beach. pool bar and nice beach. Im going back for college spring break again this year. Recommended more

Worse hotel ever, went here for spring break. the hotels where dirty,my first room was not even clean..so we had to wait around for another one, the staff was horrible, the food was disgusting, and it was so far from all of the clubs that we went to. I highly recommend choosing another hotel more

The minute we arrived at PLAYA SUITES a stink bomb went off in the hotel lobby...3 days later we got stuck in the elevator for at least 15 minutes..the help button on the elevator does not work!...Beggers are EVERYWHERE..they dont leave you alone..they will persistantly wake u up on the beach and interupt your dinner.
