Loved Mazatlan again this year, the weather was beautiful every single day. This was our 5th year in a row that we stayed at Las Flores. Every year it gets better and better. The staff are friendly and helpful, and remember us every year, which is nice. This year I managed to get a "colchoneta' for our mattress which is... more

I just got back from a week’s stay at Las Flores and after reading some of the reviews here; I thought I was going to have a rough week. Thankfully, the experience was much better than anticipated. First of all the location was perfect. Convenient to everything. The room was clean and we quickly figured out a way to address... more

Way over priced for outdated sheets, beds, kitchen and overall facitlities. At the price we paid we could have stayed at a much nicer resort. I would not pay anymore than $75 USD per night to stay at Las Flores in the future as you can get ten times better for $120 per night at other locations. more

We are RCI members, and had a "Master Suite." We were there a week (husband and I). We love Mazatlan and visit there 1-2 times per year for many years. Having said that, here is a review of our stay: (1) Martin is a great doorman, and the singing Esther always cleaning the lobby was also wonderful. View to ocean... more

My girlfriends and I have been staying at Las Flores for years. Last year a friend and I purchased a 5 year timeshare there. This was the first year we stayed in it. I only wish we could have stayed longer than one week. We always have a great time in Mazatlan and at Las Flores. We even request our... more

First, the good. Hotel staff was very friendly, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. The Studio room we had was very spacious. Second, the bad. Hotel room was terribly dim, outdated, and you could not view the ocean on the verandah while seated. Lastly, the ugly. The beds. If you can comfortably sleep in a tent on the ground, you can... more

Los Flores has a great location. It is in the Gold Zone. We had an ocean view and lovely balcony. The maid service was good and overall people were friendly. The only disappointing part of the trip was the "vulture" crew for selling timeshares. L. told us that we had to say we were single to get tickets to the... more

Well my sons and I returned yesterday from Las Flores booked through Signature travel so I thought it might be prudent to let you know about some of the issues we faced. First even though my reservation for a room stated that there would be a pull out couch there was none and inquiring did nothing. The beds themselves are... more

I stayed at Las FLores for the third time this year. I am always happy to return to my second home....The staff is what makes this place so special. The bar and lobby staff always are happy to see you return. The only problem I encountered this year was the cold weather...Not a problem of the hotel. It was cold... more

We have stayed at Los Flores twice now. We have found it to be wonderful! If people want luxury at a bargain basement price, please go elsewhere. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. If you don"t like their Espanol, go learn some! It will brighten your vacation immensely. The beach is the best and the sunsets will stay... more
