We are Mayan Palace Regency owners and decided to try the Palace at Mazatlan. We were given an end unit in the fabulous new building on the 10th floor overlooking the ocean & the larger pool. I was disappointed that the balcony did not accommodate patio chairs/table. The patio door did not have a screen so opening the patio door... more

We stay here once or twice a year. The employees are charming and attentive. The room was very similiar to the Grand Mayan Resorts. The food was great. The Margaritas were the best I have had in years in Mexico and so were the other drinks. There are 3 pools. The large one, a smaller one for real peace and... more

We bought a time share in 2006. This was our first time there and we booked for 2 weeks. Our room was in the newest tower. No chairs allowed on the lanai. Plastic toliet seats. Tub enclosures that move when you do. Tub faucet that was not attached securely. No fans in the comode area. There were open holes in... more

What can I say about the Mayan Sea Garden? Well For starters the staff was fabulous! The waiters were great too! and most wanted to make extra sure all of the guests there were comfortable. We stayed as guests of an "Owner", we had a two bedroom suite, (which was in one of the older buildings) but we didn't care...how... more

We Just got back and were thrilled with our stay. We were a little concerned before we left after reading all the not so good feedback. We stayed in the main building which was great. The rooms were a little small but very nice. The pool was fantastic and the people who worked there were great. Serg was just a... more

Grounds, staff are wonderful and accomodating. Satisfied with food and drinks although I think they do not offer enough to keep the guests involved. People are willing to spend $$, but Mayan does little to keep guests at their facility. We were dissatified with our room even after they switched us. T Though very clean, they come with an odor. The second... more

Let me start by saying that we are Mayan Palace owners and have been to most of the Mayan Palace locations. We are satisfied with our timeshare purchase because, when we go, we know it will be a high quality resort. We started out with the AI (all-inclusive) experience and it just didn't suit us. Understand that Mayan Palace needs... more

My cousin and I just returned from a week at the Mayan Sea Garden. We booked thru RCI. After reading the reviews on this site I wasn't sure what to expect. I had prearranged shuttle service thru the resort to pick us up at the airport and they were there waiting for us. The Sea Garden was not a brand... more

We had a very nice Mazatlan vacation at the Mayan Sea Garden. The resort is right on the beach with palapas, drink service, and activities. There are two swimming pools of moderate depth, so that is great for kids and fun for adults. The grounds were kept very nice with lawns and tropical plants. We did not eat at the... more
