We stayed at Los Tules from Dec. 27-Jan. 6, 2007. I had read some negative reviews and almost cancelled. It does make a difference where your room is. We upgraded from Garden View to Ocean Front. I've been visiting Puerto Vallarta and Los Tules the past 15 years, I just got back this week from my latest trip. The unit we always stay in is 6-204 (timeshare owners).
