the hotel was nice but the cafe was under renovation there was alot of of customer complaints when we mentioned a problem at the front desk they acted like they did not understand the problem maybe they should have booked everybody's room away from they constant hammerdriling i think the staff could use some customer relation training more

The Fiesta Americana is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. My room was large, well maintained, and the bed quite comfortable. The beach is beautiful. The location is convenient to the city center, it's a $5 cab ride or a $0.75 bus ride. There is a large groucery store across the road. The water from the tap is potable.... more
