We were very impressed with this hotel both the size--not to big and great pool and beach space. Very clean, food is awesome--the service is wonderful- they even have waiters on the beach so no need ever to leave you ocean chair:) Rooms are a great size and very clean--the view is spectular--you can see the ocean right from your... more

We absolutely loved it. When we go to PV next year we will be staying at the Holiday Inn again!!! Staff was fantastic, friendly, professional and generally fun to be around (they made the trip!!!). The bar service was great; although a tip will get you the better drinks. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the water was purified. We... more

I have thoroughly enjoyed past experiences with all inclusive resorts in different areas of Mexico, till now. I am not a complainer and fully expect food and cultures to be different, what I don't expect is to be treated rudely after spending thousands of dollars on what was to be a fantastic family holiday. This particular hotel, has a different... more

We had a great time at the Holiday Inn. The check inn staff were accomodating to assisting us when we wanted adjoining rooms. They couldn't accomodate us right away, but we ended up very pleased with our rooms. With a group of 10, that was no small feat. We were nervous about staying there, with previous reviews indicating bugs and... more

We stayed in a condo in the Sea River condo complex that is a part of the holiday inn, so we did not do an all-inclusive vacation with the hotel. we did, however, check in with the holiday inn, have their concierge assist us, use their business center, pool, restaurant, beach, etc. the hotel itself is nice enough, far from... more

We stayed for a week, and for the most part enjoyed the days. We played lots of beach volleyball and enjoyed laying on the beach, we even learned Salsa dancing one aftrn. The evenings were terribly boring, but we did learn that the downtown is lively in the evenings. The resort should provide evening entertainment like the others do, as... more

This hotel in awesome! Yes okay, it has a few quirks but what place doesn't? Yes the food is repetitive, but it's still good! We ate it every day with no complaints! The beds in the room weren't a dream to sleep on but they definately did the job! All the staff was more than friendly, housekeeping was very pleasant... more

Hello, although my daughter and I really appreciated the staff and the pool, the rest off the resort was rather tired and worn. The meals were rarely on time or at the posted location. For some reason although we saw hamburgers and fries all around us (on Spanish peoples plates) we were told repeatedly that they were sorry but they... more

We stayed here the last week in November. The room was clean, and we had a view of the ocean, but on the back side of the hotel, facing the buildings that are being constructed, above the childrens area. We did not have any problems with the cleaning people, and the staff in the restaurant were good as well. Unfortunately,... more
