This hotel is situation in the heart of downtown Vancouver. At first we were afraid the room was going to be too small, when we saw the hotel, but it truly wasn't. The hotel is good, everything clean and it's got a good central location. It's close to yaletown (very nice restaurants etc). However there are lot's of homeless people outside (not that i felt unsafe) that could make a first night impression of BC feel less impressed.
