My husband and I stayed here on our last day of a 2-week tour of the area. Our room was a studio on the 28th floor and had awesome views through the floor to ceiling glass located along one wall. Great sunset too. Good location (North tower of the Sheraton Center) and a easy walk to Yaletown. more

We were on the 28th floor in a studio room. The room was clean and commanded great views of the city and the mountains. The hotel is centrally located with everything a short walk away. Davis St, Robson St, Yaletown, ferry to Granville Island and other attractions are typically within a 15 min walk. more

Highly recommend this hotel for outstanding quality in a high end building and absolutely a fantastic view. Stayed one night in the Sheraton Wall Centre before checking into Club Intrawest. Sheraton staff very helpful and said they would move our bags from the hotel room to Club Intrawest while we were out, which they did. We were disappointed by the size of the unit. We went skiing in Whistler and wanted to see some of Vancouver before we went. Intrawest (who pretty much own Whistler) were quick to recommend the Club in Vancouver for obvious reasons...they own it too. So, if arranging your ski-trip through intrawest its very convenient. In retrospect, the warning signs of inadequate management and poor service were there even as I researched this property. Finding a phone number for the Vancouver Intrawest was difficult.
