Our room was above average size and furnished well though the 'armoire' style of the HUGE TV cabinet was a little at odds with the minimalist look of the rest of the furnishings. Everything was kept really clean and cosmetic supplies, coffee and bottled water replaced straight away. My other half, a tea drinker, was disappointed to find only creamer... more

We stayed here last year and by far one of the most disappointing stays ever at a Hotel in TO and we have stayed at several Hotels in the GTA. Customer service was non-existent. They did not have a cork screw in the room and when we asked for one they said they did not have any. Can you believe... more

We stayed at the Radisson Harbourfront for the first three nights of our three week honeymoon in Canada and it was a great start to the holiday. The location was superb - in a quiet part of town only yards from the lake, yet less than a 15 minute walk to the main attractions. First impressions were great, with a... more

This is a decent pick for a somewhat reasonable hotel in downtown Toronto. There is an underground parking garage as well (very tight quarters) but daily parking is quite expensive. The rooms are not huge but well furnished. The lobby is a bit dated. The staff we encountered was very courteous. more

I stayed here for a conference, held at the Toronto convention center. In brief, this is a great hotel in a good location. The conference was reachable by foot -- a few blocks, but not too bad of a walk in the morning or night. There's sidewalks all the way, and it felt safe (you cross under the freeway at... more

We loved the location of this hotel. If you are going to the Rogers Centre, this hotel is only two blocks away. Our room, #502, was amazing. It was huge and what a beautiful view of the CN Tower. There was a bit of street noise but it is to be expected in the city. The surrounding area was beautiful,... more

My family and I loved our stay here. The location was great as you are close to Rogers Centre and downtown. It is very convenient to be on the Harbourfront in the summer as there is always something going on in the evenings. The pool was beautiful with a great view of Lake Ontario and Toronto Island Park. All concerns,... more

First, the bad: I thought I'd splurge for me, my wife, and the kids for one night of our driving trip, and get a room with 2 Sleep Number beds while in Toronto. Never tried one, but the commercials are everywhere, so what the heck--only $30-40 more for the room with the upgraded beds. Unfortunately, our room turned out to... more

From the start, we were very impressed by this hotel. It was in a great location, our room was clean and welcoming and we loved the pool area. HOWEVER... Upon check-in, we asked the front desk clerk whether breakfast was included with our stay. She replied that yes, breakfast was available on the 5th floor, between 7:00 am and 11:00... more
