Cannot complain about hotel. Staff was confused as to the concierge lounge, but that was it. Beware of tight turns in for parking garage under facility. You may have a difficult fit. Really liked my stay, it's right next to Eaton Ctr, room was spacious and modern. I got an extra couple of hours for a late check-out, so that was nice of them too. Nice and clean gym on the top, typical hotel breakfast available downstairs. Highly recommend. more

My wife and I have just spent 4 nights at this hotel and would highly recommend it as a base from which to explore Toronto and Niagara Falls.
