This is very convenient for Lester Pearson Airport and there is a free shuttle bus. My room was very smart, everything in good condition, with a view of the golf course. As told by travel agent, we called from airport to order a shuttle bus. Unhelpful receptionist told us unpleasantly to wait. We had booked a cheaper rate and the staff made us pay much higher than that. The main problem was that the staff was extremely extremely rude and don't have the slightest courtesy how to behave with customers/hotel guests.
