This is about the 8th time I've stayed here and we have never had a problem, but this time the rate is ASTRONOMICAL. We even had multiple rooms booked for the family. Anyway, we payed $156 bucks to stay here. When I checked the rates on expedia and other websites, it's 100 bucks today. When I contacted the front desk... more

When we arrived at this property, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that there was covered parking for our Park and Fly Package. That was pretty much the only good thing about this location. We checked in (which took a little bit too long considering nobody else was checking in at the same time and the staff didn't completely... more

Beds were very comfortable, rooms good size and facilities good. Decor of the place is very scruffy, internet didn't work in room and the public computer was permanently occupied by teenagers. more

Let's face it - when you are traveling on business, all you want at the end of the day is to sleep. I challenge you to sleep with the thread bare bedding and the rock hard pillows. more

This hotel was amazing... but let me explain why. First off, the staff at the reception desk was super friendly and offered maps and suggestions when we explained that we were not from the area. We went to our room and it was a gorgeous layout with the bedroom separated by glass doors from the rest of the suite and... more

Stayed here a couple years ago and was so bad I complained. Got it again through priceline (thought it was a 2 star and could avoid with a 2.5 star bid - apparently priceline bought into the renovation = additional 1/2 star argument). As mentioned, web site said they'd renovated so had high hopes..... Apparently renos mean new wallpaper. The... more

Stayed in the Quality for 5 nights 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was very small, not comfortable (no space for toiletry bag in bathroom!), clean. In our room we did not have things we needed traveling with little baby (microwave, fridge, ..). Location is next to nothing. Parking is on the back and you have to walk around building... more

Stayed in this hotel after a vacation flight. A friend booked it so we didn't get the excellent park and fly deal they have. The parking lot was jampacked and there was hardly anywhere to park on the premises. The front entry is not easy for moving luggage in and out because it has steps, so go around to the... more

A great place to stay for the price! We booked through the Quality Suites own web site. They included breakfast in the price. A great breakfast at that! Parking is not included as stated on Expedia. Cost to park was $10.00 CAD a night with in and out priviledges. Lots of room, great "new pillowtop matresses", clean, and with maid... more

I used this hotel for a stopover the night before a vacation in Mexico. It was basic but comfortable and clean. The room was cool when I arrived, but I simply adjusted the thermostat upwards. I didn't really need a suite -- just a place to get a good night's sleep -- so the extra space was a bit wasted... more
