We needed a hotel for a night as our flight to the Caribeen required an overnight stay in Toronto, and this looked like the best bet. No complaints. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. Paul, the AM Shuttle driver was the highlight of the experience, and we would book here again just to see Paul again. He was... more

I stay at this hotel approximately 70 nights a year on business. I find the staff to be the very best, courteous, friendliy, helpful and geniunely concerned about you as a person and customer. The room are always clean and homie which is comforting when you are on the road a lot. more

This is a very nice and new hotel. The only issue is that it is a bit far from downtown Toronto (about 30 minutes drive which could get longer depending on Toronto's horrible traffic). The hotel is brand new. The rooms are very nice. They have complimentary breakfast (but u have to ask for it.. they dont tell u that... more

Booked through ratestogo.com for an overnight stay when our flight was cancelled. Service and cleanliness were terrible. We booked a non-smoking room but were told on check-in that because we had booked the same day, had to take a smoking room. Front desk service extremely slow and rude. Went to our room to find that it had not been made... more

Made reservation at AA.com. Good - not great - price that did include free parking. However, the lot was very poorly kept with very little lighting and difficult to see stripes. It is a dump and especially the rear part of the facility. I did not feel comfortable parking my car here. Front desk folks were superb. Very nice and... more

Stayed one night during a layover in Toronto before flying to Calgary. The reviews were good and the cleaniness and ammenities did not dissappoint. I probably would have ranked this 5/5 considering the price but I dropped it all the way to a 3/5 because of the hotel shuttle. I called in advance to confirm that the shuttle was free... more

I've looked on TripAdvisor many times before travelling,so I figured it was time to pay back to the community. I was looking for a less expensive alternative to the Metro Toronto hotels, and in this place we've found a winner. I booked a single queen, and folks I were travelling with booked a double queen. Rooms were spacious, clean, and neat. We both had... more

When I'm traveling through Canada and end up in Toronto for an overnight stay, I always find myself at the Best Western Travel Inn Toronto! It's close to the airport, so I can sleep in and not worry about traffic, there's an hourly shuttle, the rooms are HUGE and comfortable and the price is unbeatable. I've stay here about 3... more

July 7 2007 we just needed to overnight near Toronto airport and this worked out well. There is a free airport shuttle (hourly) complimentary breakfast (basic) restaurant (inside or outside dining). Room was very clean and contained a fridge and a microwave. We heard no airport noise. Staff were somewhat disinterested but we had no problems at all more
