We run bed and breakfast not a hotel and since it is the home where we live we do have some personal preferences. We welcome travelers into our home and as we clearly indicated on our website and confirmation we ask them not to wear outside shoes. That is our personal preference not a matter of white carpets. Very friendly hosts, adequate breakfasts, nicely appointed and very well kept rooms, outstanding gardens/landscaping, solid security system, easy walking to the High Park/Bloor Village/Roncesville Districts, within a block of the sub-way, reasonable rates considering the central location. more

It was the first time we ever stayed at a B&B. it was a great experience! Both houses are maintained beautifally. the owners really go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. I would highly recomend it to others visiting the toronto area. more

My (now) husband and I booked ALL of the rooms at both 92 and 89 Indian Groove for our wedding. The majority of our guests traveled from out of town and we thought it would be nice to have a "home" for the weekend for immediate family. Margo and Ziggy were wonderful. My friends and I have discovered the beautiful By the Park B&B located at 92 Indian Grove, corner of Bloor Street. It is an elegant and well maintained home with very welcoming hosts.
