This hotel is in a great location, close to the entertainment and financial districts as well as a few minutes' relaxed walk from the baseball stadium. That said, it has some big challenges. The service was little better than chilly throughout. While the staff member at the door was more than happy to charge us $30 a day for valet... more

I got the Residence Inn via Priceline for about 1/4 of the going rate. The location is walking distance to CN Tower and the entertainment district. The St. Andrews Subway station is a 5 minute walk. Check in was very quick and I was given a room in a quiet corner of the 6th floor. Although not a great view,... more

Really great location, within walking distance of the major attractions of Toronto & right next to the CN Tower/Rogers Dome/Ferry port We booked a double room & we're disappointed by the size. The kitchen was kitted out to a substantial level & we loved the complimentary popcorn which we prompted 'popped' in the microwave & scoffed on arrival Basic gym... more

We use to stay at this hotel as we loved the suites, the breakfast in the morning, and location. Perfect for a family of 4. HOWEVER, things have changed. Our most recent stay was a disappointment. We booked and payed full price through the hotel website. Asked for a 2 bedroom, but none were available. So I asked to be... more

I booked this hotel from the reviews on this website, and we were not disappointed. The staff on the front desk very friendly and helpfull. We stayed in a very large two bedroom, twobathroom suite, which was furnished to a high standard and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. As we were travelling with my Mum who is 81 the... more

I stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn Toronto Downtown (at 255 Wellington St. W) 9 nights while in Toronto for a business trip. 9 nights is long enough for any accommodation to get stale, but I found that coming home to the Residence Inn was a pleasure every night. I've stayed there twice before and enjoyed it each time. Every... more

We are originally from Toronto and decided to stay in the entertainment district for a weekend of fun. We chose this hotel because it had the added full kitchen, and for a family, it's ideal. We chose the studio room and got one on the 14th floor with a fabulous view of the CN Tower. Well, the Marriott chain has... more

Had a really enjoyable stay, front desk staff very friendly especially Brian who was a star. Had a two bedroom suite and it was more than spacious, one queen and one king. VERY comfortable beds, didn't want to get out. Actually we looked forward to going back to our room so we could lie on our respective beds and chill... more

Stayed here for 3 days in a one bed suite. Disappointed that as a Marriott cardholder we were only put on the 4th floor so had no view except building site. Woken at 6.30am by building works which didn't help. Breakfast of good standard with decent choices. Good decor in room and high standard of cleanliness but could have done... more
