This was the worse experience we have had at any hotel anywhere. We were given a room on the ninth floor that faced St- Laurent blvd. The room was freezing cold when we checked in - 71.2 degrees. We cranked up heat in the room at 5:00 pm and left. We arrived back at the room at 1:00 in the... more
