The hotel is OK. It's neat and clean and up to date, but the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. The front desk service is what you would expect, nothing special. The location is OK. Based on previous reviews, it appears Nouvell Hotel has made some improvements. The desk staff attendants were pleasant and informative, the room was clean and quiet, the lobby was attractive.
