The staff is rude. When we asked information about the Starwood reward program at the front desk, they knew nothing about it and told us to call an 800 number. We stayed at the Sheraton Montreal Centre-Ville this past weekend. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the rooms were fine. Have stayed here twice before and this weekend was just as enjoyable. Its close to McGill University and St CAtharines st so its perfect for us.
