The B&B is beautiful but I was a bit surprised by the block where it is located. Suffice it to say the neighboring properties are not universally well-kept. The property across the street is an abandoned eyesore. However, upon crossing the threshold of the B&B itself, there is nothing but beauty. Very attractive B&B in a great location - Metro just round the corner, shops and restaurants nearby, and about 20 min walk into Vieux Montreal.
