That was a very nice surprise to get in this charming neighbourhood. The building and the rooms fits in the old quebec ambience, style and architechture. Super clean and confortable, with panoramic view, specially from the roof decks! Only 10 minutes walk from the old quebec gates, nice walk. The service was excellent with a very fancy breakfast, nothing to... more

We stayed here. It was a good location and we were treated nicely the first day/night. The breakfast was very good. The sheets and bed were comfortable. The second night I felt that Allan was rude to me. The only reason we stayed at the Bed and Breakfast was because in the past we have found that the owners usually... more

We went to Quebec for one night with my wife, my son and my father. We've stayed on the third floor, (Irma's room) Really big room 2 queen beds separated by a door. Everything was clean and nice. As in the pictures. Great breakfast and great service by the owners. A repeat for sure! PAblo Montreal more

My boyfriend and I were attracted by the look of the quaint old building and we were happy to find it located in a charming and vibrant neighborhood a short walk outside the old city, past hip boutiques and mouth-watering pastry shops. We were greeted warmly by Marc, one of the owners, and taken to the bright and cozy suite... more

We found the Chateau de Tourelles to be quite adequately comfortable. Certainly the staff is very friendly & helpful. The breakfasts were superb. The rooms are on the small side & the bath was tiny. The bed was very comfortable, the linens nice, with a fluffy comforter. We loved the roof deck - marvelous views all around. The B&B is... more

Unfortunately I have to side with the few who had a mixed experience here. Let me start with the positives. The staff is very friendly. We were met promptly after buzzing in our arrival. The person doing the cleaning was very nice as well, and the place was absolutely spotless to my eye. The breakfast was good. The bed linens... more

The Chateau des Tourelles is a wonderful B and B located a short distance from the old walled city. Staying here provides the benefit of participating in the Rue St Jean neighbourhood experience compared to the more touristy areas within the walls. It is a clean well-managed B and B with a variety of reasonably priced rooms which include a... more

As we took the night Via Rail train from Moncton to Quebec, we arrived at 5:30 a.m. Our host got up to greet us, gave us the lobby and a rest rooom to freshen up before starting our long day. We had a top floor room for 4 with a kitchen, table and comfortable beds. Breakfast involved amazing omlets. It... more

My wife and I spent five nights at Chateau des Tourelles from July 30 to August 3, 2008. This hotel/B&B lived up to all of the positive things we'd read on TripAdvisor prior to our arrival. The location was perfect for us. We enjoy walking, so the 10 to 15 minute walk to the heart of the old city was... more
