Just returned from 4 days at ThistleDown. All I can say is that it was way too short! We stay almost exclusively at b&bs rather than hotels as it really helps you get the flavor of an area. A lovely place to stay while visiting Vancouver, right across from Capilano Suspension Bridge and near lovely walks, we had a hire car, but, you can get into the city via a bus stop nearby! My husband and I spent a relaxing weekend at this wonderful B&B. The proprietors were extremely helpful and made our stay truly memorable. Everything was designed with comfort in mind, from robes in the rooms to afternoon tea and a decadent breakfast. We will be back. more

Although we've been to Vancouver many times, stayed in many Boutique hotels & B&B's, the ThistleDown House is the finest all-around experience we've ever had!
