Stayed here for business for a couple of days and booked a jacuzzi suite as the room rate was very good. The room was nice and big, bed was comfortable, 2 tvs including a flat panel TV in the bedroom. The only negative was the walk in shower, way too small (height and width). Great place-upscale, great lobby, snappy service (especially concierge/bell desk). Rooms are comfortable and well laid out for the business traveler. I stay here whenever I'm in Toronto and would recommend this for anyone, including families. Stayed several nights. Front desk staff helpful. Lobby clean and spacious with Starbucks and nice sitting area and TV's. Rooms were standard but with new TV. This hotel is not near downtown. Unless someone is driving you around, you'll want a car if you stay here. It's about $50 cab fare from YYZ.
