We were a little travel weary, and were greeted with politeness, efficiency and respect. The service was excellent, the room was comfortable and well appointed, the staff were friendly. more

Pretty much as one would expect here. It's a modern, big brand name, chain-hotel. At the intersection of Hwy 400 & Hwy 7/407. Lots of parking, shopping & restaurants nearby. Friendly staff at reception, housekeeping & restaurants. All good. Well done. There's a Starbucks near the reception area, a bar, a cafe, and a more proper restaurant in the lobby... more

I stayed last night at this hotel. Conveniently located near the 404, it was easy access to go anywhere. The lobby was clean and nice. Staff at the front desk was friendly and was able to accomodate the type of bed I wanted, eventhough it was booked as a two double bed on priceline. The room was decent. It looked... more

Stayed here for business for a couple of days and booked a jacuzzi suite as the room rate was very good. The room was nice and big, bed was comfortable, 2 tvs including a flat panel TV in the bedroom. The only negative was the walk in shower, way too small (height and width). Anyone bigger than 6' and 250lbs... more

This was my second time at the hotel. Last visit was during 2005. They recently renovated one wing and luckily we were given the newer rooms. We were originally booked for a suite with king size bed. Not really a suite but a larger deluxe room. Overall the room was satisfactory. It had microwave and small bar fridge. The hotel... more

I agreed with the review on June 19, 2008 by Shan129- "what a disaster"! I am a Starwood Preferred Guest and I trully believe this Sheraton is not qualified as a Starwood hotel chain. From the not very frindly front desk check-in service to the concierge desk got me his friend's private car when I ordered a regular taxi. Also,... more

Great place-upscale, great lobby, snappy service (especially concierge/bell desk). Rooms are comfortable and well laid out for the business traveler. I stay here whenever I'm in Toronto and would recommend this for anyone, including families. The restaurant, however, while attractive, offered slow and inattentive service the several times I've been there. more

We visited this facility. We found our room to be very comfortable and reasonably clean (a dirty sock was on the side of the bed under the ruffle). We were however disappointed in the fact that your facilities were nothing like the ones shown on the website. We did not find the 3 pools boasted in the description. There was... more

Stayed several nights. Front desk staff helpful. Lobby clean and spacious with Starbucks and nice sitting area and TV's. Rooms were standard but with new TV. No wireless internet in rooms, and you must pay extra for in room internet. However, the many computers in the lobby are free, and you can use the printer there as well. Restaurant staff... more

This hotel is not near downtown. Unless someone is driving you around, you'll want a car if you stay here. It's about $50 cab fare from YYZ. This hotel is recently renovated, and it's "fine" although, as usual, renovations in the bathroom are not as complete as you would like. The restaurant is not very good at all. I'd eat... more
