Beautiful location, nice rooms each with an open fireplace, extremely helpful staff. The Lodge menu was a little limited, but we were there slightly off-season and only actually used one of the restaurants. A wonderful stay on the whole, I would definitely go back! more

first the negative: their sales conference coordinator Melissa Bell, was extremely rude. Not only did she not have the patience when speaking to me on the phone, after a minute or two, she would ask me to call her back in 5-10 minutes and when i did i would only receive her voicemail, to which she would not respond back.... more

Make no mistake, Emerald lake is a beautiful setting - but the accomodation has to be considered pretty functional, three star at best, and relies on the scenary to please guests.
