Totally agree with other reviewers, excellent. we are from the older generation and would have like a meal or perhaps sandwiches every night, hotel is actually in Kingswear which means a ferry trip to get to a Dartmouth restaurant. we went to Squires Fish and Chips on way to Brixham as no good taking car to Dartmouth just to eat.... more

We usually rely on Sawday's 'Special Places to Stay' and,once again, it turned up trumps. Kit is the perfect host, one some night you can have an evening meal 'in' and all I can say is that the meal we had here at £27 a head was superior to the meal we had the next night at the Carved Angel.... more
