This hotel is well worth a visit. It is very handy for the uni and shops. The staff are so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. They had a large Xmas party in and the public areas were very busy however I still recieved first class service. The evening food was good and the breakfast was super. The bedrooms are spotless... more

I stayed for 2 nights on business at the end of October. The hotel is shabby, dingy and draughty. We were unable to have a simple coca0-cola with our lunch due to the bar being shut! Also a clean glass for our water was unavailable as they had run out. Breaksfast to my room was delivered late because they thought... more

I now have to visit my office in Leeds once a week, so have to stay locally for one night per week. Have tried quite a few now, but this is the first (and probably last) time I try this one. Firstly, the car park is a public Multi-Story one next door to the hotel, accessed by a 3rd floor... more

I went to this hotel with a group for Christmas and I've never had such an awful stay in a hotel! When we arrived, the tea and coffee had been removed from the group's rooms, as we were told we hadn't paid for it - although in our itinerary it stated this would be available. Heated arguments and the brandishing... more

The level of excellence with our stay started from the moment that we entered the hotel. Check-in was extremely helpful with the staff being very efficient as well as demonstrating the facilities of the hotel as well as the main landmarks (leeds United Football Club) of the local area. Breakfast the next morning was superb really enjoyed. more

It is where stay when I went to Leeds in the beginning of this month for my graduation ceremony in the University of Leeds. This hotel is centrally located with a lot of shopping centres nearby where you can do shoppings. It is close to the university too. The business single room, although is small, is very clean and tidy.... more

I stayed here on Business in April and have to say that it was one of the most disappointing stays I have had. The car park is public, not in itself a problem but entry from the car park is on the third floor which means going to the ground floor to check in. I would have left my bags... more

Stayed in this hotel for two nights and found the experience to be very good. Hotel is well located - close to bus stop from airport and within easy walking distance for all city centre locations. On arrival the lobby is small and could be modernised but the staff are excellent and i was in room very quickly. The room... more

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. After reading some reviews before going I was pleasantly surprised, rooms were clean and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. Then came breakfast - on the first morning had to wait about 10 minutes for coffee, then a further five minutes for milk. Had to make your own toast, which would not have... more

Rooms-horrible. In need of complete refurbishment. Maybe they looked good 30 years ago, but certainly not now. No tea/coffee making facilities or mini-bar. There are some other lovely hotels in the centre of Leeds-don't waste your money on this one! Parking-had to pay extra. Hotel does not have own carpark, so any saving made on the room was swallowed up... more
