The level of excellence with our stay started from the moment that we entered the hotel. Check-in was extremely helpful with the staff being very efficient as well as demonstrating the facilities of the hotel as well as the main landmarks (leeds United Football Club) of the local area. It is where stay when I went to Leeds in the beginning of this month for my graduation ceremony in the University of Leeds. Rooms-horrible. In need of complete refurbishment. Maybe they looked good 30 years ago, but certainly not now. No tea/coffee making facilities or mini-bar. There are some other lovely hotels in the centre of Leeds-don't waste your money on this one! Parking-had to pay extra.
