This hotel is terrible. The check in process was long and arduous. We had 3 rooms, 2 twins and a double for 2 nights. Every bed was full of broken springs and really uncomfortable. Both the twin rooms were really warm and stuffy. In one twin the bathroom light didn’t work, we were told this would be fixed, it wasn't.... more

We were due to stay at the Fleet Street hotel for a birthday weekend and had confirmed the booking 2 weeks prior to arriving. However, when we got there, we were told by the unhelpful receptionist that they had in fact cancelled our booking for that night and had no other rooms available for us. The receptionist then gave us... more

The Fleet Street Hotel is well located near Temple Bar. We were able to walk to the main centre of town, Temple Bar and Trinity College. The hotel was quite old, but was comfortable for a few days stay. The hotel room was quite spacious compared to several of our other European hotels. The bathroom was quite large, although there... more

We didnt expect us much, because of theese reviews we had been reading.. But we did have a great stay! The Staff were very serviceminded, and there where always new tea and coffe in the room. Did not even stay a night - we checked, in saw the state of the rooms and left. The bathrooms looked dirty with peeling paint and cracked fittings. The general feel of the place is one of neglect. The outlook from the rooms at the back of the hotel is one of squalor. The carpets are threadbar before you even... more

We stayed here for 3 days/nights from 5th - 8th and had a great time! I am a bit of a clean freak and was a bit aprehensive about staying here after reading the reviews but decided to throw caution to the wind and go for it given that we had found such a good deal on venere.com - i... more

If price and location are your criteria, then you should consider the Fleet Street Hotel. The rooms are somewhat dated and the hotel overall could use some updating but, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The biggest negative was the noise at night. The hotel is located on the Temple Bar and, therefore has quite a bit... more

The price was right but the total lack of security was nonexistent. We went out at 9PM on a Saturday night & returned at 10PM to find our door kicked in & our suitcases ransacked. We had many things stolen (including cameras & cell phones) & could not safely stay in the room. After the Guarda came & we talked... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night in September with a group of friends, in total we had 3 rooms. Two of these rooms were to an acceptable standard, however the third room was well below anyones standards. On opening the door to the room there was three towels lying across the hall floor, when I lifted these up... more
