Lively hotel in a great location near O'Connell Bridge. Reception was friendly and the free entertainment till the late hours every night was enjoyable. The breakfast fayre was varied and the staff were very attentive. Had a room on the fourth floor so didn't hear too much noise from below. Book with the hotel direct on their website and special... more

Myself and my partner stayed here on our first trip to Dublin, and chose it because it was central, and a reasonable price (for Dublin anyway!). We found the rooms small, but clean and modern, the breakfasts large and tasty (ours were included in our booking) and the location central and easy to get to everywhere from. The hotel bar... more

Really well located - only a few minutes walk to all the main areas. Also the Dublin tour buses stopped directly outside. The rooms were clean & spacious as was the hotel overall. The best part for us was that the bar & niteclub were very lively & after a busy day sightseeing we just went there for a drink... more

The Arlington Hotel, O'Connell Bridge was a fantastic base for a weekend away. With its location right opposite O'Connell Bridge its within 5minutes walk of temple bar and o'connell street, and 10minutes from shopping on grafton street. There's live entertainment every night which turned out to be far better than expected, with a huge lively bar and dance floor and... more

Perfect place to see Irish dancing and singing and loevely place to stay. If you opt for the price fixed dinner you get a good seat and they have a beef pot pie brewed in guiness that is outstanding. more

The hotel is approx 5 mins casual walk from The Temple bar district where all bars and restaurants are. There is a medieval theme throughout the hotel which adds to the enjoyment. The staff are there if you need any assistance with anything and are happy to help. The rooms are nicely sized and had no probs with sound as... more

I stayed here in early October, 2008. Having read all the great trip advisor reviews, I had high expectations. Yet my sheets appeared dirty (there were hairs on them), the heater was broken, and the man at the front desk was not very friendly. Yes, they remedied the situation and re-made my bed, and brought up a heater, but they... more

We stayed at the Arlington Hotel for one night (on a Friday) in October. Upon arrival, the hotel staff were a little brusque but were helpful and got us checked in relatively quickly. The hotel lobby/ reception area is designed in a medieval style. We were provided with key cards for our room which were also required to use the... more

My partner and I had a 3 night mid-week break here. This included 3 nights Bed and Breakfast and 1 Dinner. The whole experience was relaxing and friendly. All staff from reception to bar and restaurant were the right balance of friendly yet respectful. I don't like hotels where the staff are very officious and distant (although many people do).... more
