Our four-night’s stay at Kilronan House in October, 2008, was wonderful. Good location. Gourmet breakfasts. Very comfortable. Cormac and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome and helped us with our sightseeing plans. We would definitely stay there again. more

We selected this on the basis of other positive reviews on tripadvisor and wanted to add our own! The location is great - a quick walk (about 15 mins) to the tourist heart of Dublin, but much quieter. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room comfortable. Nice to have the option to use the internet on the computer downstairs,... more

A fabulous stay from start to finish. Upon our arrival after a long flight from the states our host, Cormac, took us to the sitting room and brought a pot of tea and cake to warm us up and make us welcome. Our guest room was comfortable and charming. Full English Breakfast (included) was fabulous every morning of our week's... more

Date: Dec 2008 Reviewer: Recently retired English lawyer and wife Summary: We found this hotel friendly and welcoming with high standard of cleanliness and wonderful breakfast in a very comfortable room. Christmas decorations had recently been added. These were tasteful with attention to detail that was evident elsewhere. Our bed was comfortable and the room cosy notwithstanding the high ceiling.... more

We stayed at Kilronan House for the first night of our 2 week trip to Ireland and were very pleased with it as great value for the money so also booked it for our last 2 nights of the trip before leaving to go home. The best features of this place are the warm and friendly staff, with many good... more

Just returned from a weekend stay at this guesthouse. I would def reccommend it to my friends as a place to stay while in Dublin. The room was comfortable, bathroom was a nice size + it had a window that open's imo this is a plus, most hotel bathrooms have no natural air. Only tiny negative about the bedroom was... more

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. There was a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and we were within walking distance to good eating houses and public transport. It was also situated in a very attractive part of Dublin. Nothing could have been more Irish than Cormac, whom we met at breakfast next morning, and no one could have done... more

I spent a long time on looking for the right hotel, both my husband and myself like to have a breakfast included in the price. Many hotels nowadays only offer a room, so I was delighted when I read the reviews for the Kilronan. All said a great breakfast was on the menu. Great is an understatement. The breakfast and... more

My wife and I stayed at the Kilronan House Hotel for one night while taking in a show in Dublin. We were greeted by a young man whose first impression was one that sets out to please which he did and carried on doing. He was very polite, efficient but retaining an informal atmosphere. The en-suite room was clean and... more

We stayed at the Kilronan for a night, and I must say we were most impressed with the place, not only for the value but the location (10mins walk from St Stephens Green/ Grafton Street and 20 mins from Temple Bar) and friendliness of the place. Okay, the rooms are not the most modern, but the place was extremley clean... more
