A beautiful 19th century building stands gracefully in a great location. I must admit, location (beside RDS) is a priority . I traveled to Dublin for the event. It is a quiet area too! Ballsbridge is a very nice area of Dublin, it's quite quiet which was ideal for me as was the location which was close to where I was working. I am a business traveler and stayed in this hotel on and off for couple of weeks. Must say I am not impressed..The hotel itself needs refurbishment, but I would 'forgive' that if staff was more attentive. This Hotel is in a great location for anyone travelling to the RDS. The accommodation is fine - nothing too extravagant but perfectly functional and clean. The reception area is always busy with long queues so plan your time accordingly. The food in their restaurant and snack lobby is excellant and very refreshing. Its a bit far from the city... more

lovely old building tastefully converted from ex masonic school,staff very helpful rooms comfortable,prices very reasonable for dublin.dublin town centre very easily reached by either bus (outside hotel gates) or taxi. will certainly use this hotel for future trips to dublin. more
