I have taken a group of customers from the UK for the Arc de Triomphe horserace week end and having been made aware of some of the (bad) reviews, I was a bit dubious about the quality of the hotel at first. But at the end, I was nicely surprised by the general quality: yes, the rooms are a bit... more

It is the second time that I stayed in this hotel. The rooms were small but clean and quiet. As we just used it for the basics a tourist exploring Paris needs: sleeping and showering. The beds were comfy and linen was fresh. Front desk staff and all other staff were very friendly. It was noted that the property has... more

The hotel is very clean and modern. You will find the reception staff very friendly and efficient, so expect your check-in and check-out to be swift and professional. The rooms are quite small, but if you compare to other European hotels, it is the standard size. I was a little disappointed with the beds, as they felt more like rollaway... more

Ended up sent there when the place I had booked turned out to be oversold. Supposedly in same category but not really. Same price though. Rooms are small. Not too bad but definitely not worth the price. Location is OK, moslty if you want to go to Le Printemps... Breakfast is no too good. more

My husband had a business meeting in Paris so the hotel was booked by his company. I went along as it was my birthday - thought it would be a treat - wish I had stayed at home. Could not believe the size of the room, have been in bigger cupboards, decoration was awful, bright blue and yellow, dirty marks... more

I stayed here just one night before moving on. Getting there was fine from the nearby train station. From the airport CDG I took the bus and it stopped at Opera, and then it was just a 10 minute walk with map in hand to find the street. My room was so small but it had nice windows looking onto... more

Really convenient location, but I just can't get over how small the room was. Nowhere to put your case or chill out. And my room overlooked a rear courtyard where the staff would smoke, so you would be disturbed by noise, prying eyes and smoke if you opened the window. But if you're just looking for somewhere to lay your... more

The room with 2 single beds is tiny - the distance between 2 single bed is about 3 inches apart (unheard of). There is no room for 2 pcs. of luggage. Water pressure in the shower is very low - enough to get you wet but not sufficient to take a shower. They only supply poor quality toilet paper (1/2... more

Wanting to try a slightly different area of Paris, I stayed here for 2 nights in January at a daily rate of 135 euros and found the experience under-whelming. There was a mini-bar fridge that was locked, however I was not given a key at check-in. Just as well as I would buy anything it provided at a fraction of the... more

My husband and I stayed in a twin room for two nights during mid May. Had e-mailed ahead to request a standard twin room off the road (courtyard room) on the top floor. Hotel had confirmed by e-mail that a courtyard room on the sixth floor had definitely been reserved. Disappointingly, on arrival we were told that there was no... more
