Catelli's is really only steps from Lake Taupo and about a 5 min. stroll to downtown Taupo. There is a 4 Square convenience store steps away. We had a fantastic stay at Catellis! Our room was spotless and modern and the owners (especially Wendy) really did go out of there way to make us welcome. Very friendly proprietors made us feel right at home. The units were large and warm and it was good having parking in front of our unit and no steps to climb. We have already recommended Catellis to a number of friends. more

A great place to stay! We have a 2 year old and he had all the comforts of home available to him, as did we :) The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable; the rooms were warm, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again and recommend Catelli's to anyone heading to Taupo. Thanks! more
