We had a wonderful time staying at the Fairmont Hotel! Although we booked a deluxe room, upon arriving we were given a free upgrade to executive. The room was perfect, with nice view to the city. The hotel is First Class. Nice room, great view, good location. It is attached to a shopping mall! We were on business and enjoyed the good location, you are centrally located. There is a nice ppol which is shared with the Swissotel, nice poolbar. We had a great stay. more

My husband and I had the time of our lives. We couldn't fault the hotel, the room, the room service, cleanliness. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the concierge was definately our best friend. I would highly recommend this hotel. We are looking forward to our next stay. more
