Just back from a 5 night stay and we had a great time, never been to Dubai before but were given the opportunity to upgrade to a junior suite for an additional £30 which was well worth it, separate area to chill, read etc a bigger bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. We were upgraded to a three bedroom suite having paid for a two bedroom suite. There is a lot of building work going on in the area but once you get through the front doors it is five star luxury all the way. Fabulous building, friendly and efficient staff. not the best hotel i have ever stayed in.access with a buggy was difficult as no lifts and lots of steps and stairs.getting a taxi was stressful in itself and the area all around seemed very claustrophobic and well worn by people...room quality was only average for the price.find that dubai boasts 5 star but does not walk the walk... more

Be careful with the people who works in the hotel, this is the first time I go to a resort in Dubai and I have problem, maybe It is near to the beach but this is the worse one, in dubai all the resorts are incredible except this one. If you have another chance go to another, with better services. more
