First, they advertise off street parking, but they don't tell you that they only have a certain number of spots available. Nice clean, newly,renovated room, just few feet from boardwalk. good price for location. Gentlemen at front desk was very nice & helpful.Close to nice establishment that had a variety of food & drinks, fresh fruit etc. Nice clean pool. This a great motel. close to all and 1 block to beach.. the rooms are very modern and exceptionally clean. therte is bus service at the door, a super cont. breakfast and the day manger p.k., is very accomadating. i stay here often! more

We had a very good time in Ascot Motel. The manager P.K. is very friendly and he tells you where to go for nice places. The room was good,near by the beach and casino's on the boulevard.
