Stayed for Pavlik-Hopkins fight in mid October. Rates at the Casinos were stupidly high, $500, no way I was going to pay that. Found a room at the ramada for $149.00 for Saturday night. This was a bargain compared to $500 at the Taj casino. Obviously room is not as nice as at the taj, but still I got a... more
We stayed there because my boyfriend had a hockey tournament in AC and the rest of the team was staying as well. The place looks like a rundown motel. While the rest of the team stayed in the two story building, we stayed in the tower building. It smelt terrible - like bad body odor that didn't go away even... more
Positives: big room, clean, good decor, comfortable bed, loved the shower, and the cont. breakfast is great for a "free" breakfast. Negatives: seems far from the city but really isn't. I went for a conference at Borgata Casino, and it was about 4 miles. The office is in a separate building, so to go to another building for breakfast is... more
The hotel is clean. The beds were comfortable. Downside. When i checked in went through the whole check in process, the girl gave me my keys and said .."look at the map and find your room". What is that? It wasnt that hard to say, your room is in building two on the first floor. Besides that all was good.... more
2nd APril we have stayed at this hotel as part of a 15 room golf excursion. The stay at at the hotel for all 32 members of your golf group was enjoyeable in april 2007, so we stayed again for our annual golf trip again this year in the atlantic city area and at the Ramada West Atlantic city. As... more
We were given a "handicapped" room on the 3rd floor. There was no walk in shower as promised. It's hard to step in a bathtub from a wheelchair. I asked the management if they had a room with a walk in shower. They transferred us to a room on the first floor. I went to the 3rd floor with my... more
My wife and I stayed at this hotel since we couldn't get a comp room on a Saturday night at one of the casinos in town. I thought the rate was poorly represented as a leading hotel review website said the rate was lower than it really turned out to be ($102 vs. $59). The positives: 1. The continental breakfast... more
Do not be fooled by the pictures of this property. What they show you is not what you get. I was expecting to be in a nice tower building like the one they show in their pictures. What I got was a small two story building off to the left that you never see in their pictures. This is an... more
Hotel is old. The first room was a handicapp room which we thought would be fine until the shower backed up all over the floor. Then the sink backed up,no closets, small beds, and the toilet didn't flush. Moved our room upstairs to the fourth floor which was better but still no closets and smelled funny. The pool looked o.k. but... more
